Harley Redlick – Executive Director

Harley Redlick is the Co-Program Director of the Gambling Law Certificate Program at Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Gambling Law. As co-creator of the program, Harley has taught extensively on gaming-related issues, including responsible gambling, regulatory policy, and the evolving landscape of legalized sports betting.

A recognized voice in the gaming and sports betting industry, Harley has contributed to numerous publications, including Yardbarker and several Sun Media outlets. He is also a published case-study author for the Ivey Business School and has participated on multiple industry panels as an expert in sports betting legislation and the development of effective responsible gaming frameworks.

Before entering academia, Harley was a banker in the real estate practice at CIBC and continues to advise several large real estate development companies.  He holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Harley lives in Toronto with his wife, Robyn, and their son, Julian.
